Nursing Services

The resident’s care needs are delivered by Registered and Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs.) Care is directed by Registered nurses specializing in the care of the elderly. Training is offered by the facility to certify the Nurse Assistants with the Missouri Division of Health & Senior Services. The nursing staff is available twenty-four hours a day for consultation with residents, families, and staff.

Medical Services

Medical care is provided by local physicians who see the residents monthly. The attending physician directs medical care within the standards set by the Medical Director of Elsberry Health Care Center. Emergency medical care is available on a twenty-four-hour basis.
